Is bench press, shoulder press, and tricep extensions enough for equal growth of the triceps, shoulders, and chest? The short answer  is yes and no. My long answer:   Bench pres s,   shoulder press  and  tricep extensions are all compound exercises, which means they work multiple muscle groups at once. This makes them very efficient for building muscle. However, while these  exercises are all great for  building muscle  they don't necessarily target all of the muscles in the triceps, shoulders, and chest equally.
