Let's jump right into today's workout routine:

  1. Db Bench Press (4 x 15 reps) with 2x10kg DB (20kg total)
  2. Seated Cable Chest Fly (4 x 15 reps) with 10kg weights
  3. Leg Press (4 x 15 reps) with 80kg weights (increased to 100kg, then 120kg)
  4. Hexagon Bar Deadlift (4 x 15 reps) with 50kg weights
  5. Standing Low Cable Chest Fly (4 x 15 reps) with 22.7kg (increased to 27.2kg)
  6. Bench Chest Press (4 x 15 reps) with 2x10kg BB (20kg total)
  7. Smith Machine Inclined Bench Chest Press (4 x 15 reps) with 2x10kg BB (20kg total)


Then we took out the yoga mats, and complete the session with the following:

  • 2 x 30secs Push Ups
  • 2 x 30secs Modified Chest Squeeze
  • 1 x 30secs Plank
  • 1 x 30secs V Sit Hold
