Let's dive into the best exercise regime using these two classics!



1. The Power of Push-Ups:

Push-ups are fantastic for targeting your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core.

To create a balanced workout, start with variations like standard push-ups, wide-grip for chest, and diamond push-ups for triceps.

Aim for 3 sets of 10-15 reps for each variation. Remember, form is crucial - keep your body straight as a plank! 



2. Pulling Your Weight with Pull-Ups: 

Pull-ups are the kings of upper body exercises. They work wonders for your back, biceps, and even your grip strength.

Start with a standard grip and do 3 sets of as many reps as you can manage.
