How are you doing? How's life treating you? Hope all is well for you.
After a long restful week, yesterday 04.09.23 my son, my wife and I return to the Gym for another round.
The group session has become a mini family thing we're excited to join together.
Here's a video of our workouts:
For the 1 hour Endurance Training, we did:
4 x 15reps Thruster
4 x 15reps Clean and press
4 x 15reps Barbell stiff leg deadlift
4 x 15reps Barbell / dumbbell hip thrust
4 x 15reps Lying leg curl
4 x 15reps Bend-Over dumbbell row
4 x 15reps Rope triceps press down
4 x 15reps Straight arm pull down
4 x 1 Minute double crunch
4 x 15reps Machine mid row
I nearly couldn't keep up.
But I'm reminded again that I'm investing in myself.
I thought just doing bicep workouts would be sufficient. But It's not.
