Hi guys,
How are you doing? Have you eaten?
Today Dax Fitness got us doing Battle Ropes, with a little twist.
Here're the lineup of the workouts. As usual, all 4 sets of 15 reps each.
- Seated Arnold Press DB 2x10kg
- Standing Lateral Raise DB 2x12lbs
- Cable Upright Row 43 》48.5kg
- Thrusters DB 2x12lbs 》7.5kg
- Overhead Press BB 2x10kg
- Overhead Triceps Extension DB 2x12lbs
- Battle Rope Jacks
- Push Up Plank
- Shoulder Touch Plank
- V Sit
