Today Dax Fitness got us doing around the world with weight plates. Quite a cute name, isn't it?
Here are the line-ups of the workouts today (as usual, all 4sets of 15reps):
- TRX Reverse Crunch
- DB Ab Crunch Press + Leg Raise Hold 2x15kg
- DB Overhead Shoulder Alternating Press 2x12lbs 》15lbs
- BB Overhead Shoulder Press 2.5kg
- DB Seated Fly 2x10lbs 》12lbs
- Weight Plates Around the world 10kg
- Plank 30s
- Double Crunch 30s
- Plank 30s
- Butterfly Crunch 30s
- Plank 30s
- Bicycle Crunch 30s
- Plank Spiderman 30s
- Leg Raise 30s
