EXERCISE: How do I build a wide shoulder/back at home?

Building our shoulder and back has always been part and parcel of our gym's split routines.
And the following workouts makes a significant part of our exercises.
So here are the exercise lowdown to sculpt your upper body muscles:
1. Push-Ups:
Classic, effective, and no equipment needed.
Start with 3 sets of 10 reps and gradually increase.
Push-ups work your chest, shoulders, and triceps, helping you develop broader shoulders.
2. Pull-Ups or Body Rows:
If you have a pull-up bar, great!
If not, use a sturdy horizontal bar or even a table to do body rows.
Aim for 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
These target your upper back and rear shoulders, giving you that V-shape.
3. Dumbbell or Water Jug Raises:
Grab a pair of dumbbells or water jugs and perform lateral raises.
Start with 3 sets of 12 reps.
This exercise works your lateral deltoids, creating the illusion of wider shoulders.
4. Superman/Banana Holds:
Lie face down and lift your chest and legs off the ground for the Superman.
For the Banana, lie on your side and lift your legs and upper body off the ground.
These bodyweight exercises will engage your lower back muscles and help you achieve that chiseled back.
5. Pike Push-Ups:
Similar to regular push-ups but with a focus on your shoulders.
Elevate your hips and keep your body in an inverted "V" shape.
Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps. This targets your shoulders and upper back.
