First, let's get one thing straight: spot reduction is a myth. Doing a thousand crunches a day won't magically make your belly fat disappear.

But don't despair! There is a way to get the toned stomach you've always wanted, and it involves a holistic approach to health and fitness.

Here are the keys to a toned stomach:

  • Full-body workouts:

    Compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses engage your core while working multiple muscle groups simultaneously.

    This boosts your metabolism and helps you burn fat all over, including your belly.

  • HIIT:

    High-intensity interval training is a super-efficient way to burn calories and torch belly fat.
